The Cluck Stops Here

The cluck definitely stops here! Our on-site abattoir-processing plant has been serving the farming community since 1996. It was established in an effort to assure humane and hygienic treatment of our animals.

If you are raising your own poultry you know that this is the easy part. To get your beautiful birds to the table for dinner is the time consuming part. This is where we are able to make that job a bit easier and more efficient. We are a government certified, on-site, provincially inspected slaughter establishment, inspected by CFIA. All processing is with a “standard issue” government-trained, meat inspector.

The processing plant is open Tuesdays. Please email us any time at info@whiskeycreek.ca as appointments are necessary.
