‘The Cluck Stops Here’ is our on-site abbatoir-processing plant that has been serving the farming community since 1996. It was established in an effort to assure humane and hygenic treatment of our animals. It is a government certified, on-site, provincially inspected slaughter establishment (inspected by CFIA). All processing is with a ‘standard issue’ government-trained, meat inspector.
